Blue Wheels event technology trains its own young talent
With its own education and training program, Blue Wheels Veranstaltungstechnik GmbH is responding to the shortage of skilled workers, which is also becoming increasingly noticeable in the event industry. The technology service provider, which is part of the Essen-based LK group of companies, is currently training 16 young people in three job profiles. At the start of this year's training year on 01.09.2019, 5 new trainees were welcomed to the team as “event technology specialist”. In close cooperation with the Chamber of Industry and Commerce and through an internship preceding the training, applicants were prepared for the challenges that await them in the event industry.
