Blue Wheels presents Continental at IAA Commercial Vehicles 2018

Continental's presence at the IAA Commercial Vehicles from September 20 to 27, 2018 in Hanover was spanned this year by a media data cloud, the “Continental Cloud.” It has symbolized the company's networked solutions and at the same time highlighted its digital expertise. In the pitch about the creative concept and the implementation of the data cloud, Blue Wheels Veranstaltungstechnik GmbH from Essen was able to impress.

The “data cloud” for the Continental presentation consisted of triangle elements of different sizes, which were suspended from the hall ceiling. The ceiling elements were placed above the central area of the exhibition stand and provided eye-catching remote recognition. From outside, the data cloud was stylistically presented using 3D mapping. The precise projection onto the construction was implemented with five laser projectors, each with a light intensity of 20,000 Ansi lumens. To construct the triangles, Blue Wheels used aluminum frames covered with translucent stretch gauze and equipped with LED strips from the inside.
