As the interface between planning and materials management, you are responsible for the scheduling and procurement of the required technical equipment. You act independently, considering commercial aspects, make decisions, and are a good team player.

• You have several years of professional experience in scheduling, ideally in the event industry – alternatively, many years of professional experience in technical implementation.
• You value good communication highly.
• You have a friendly and professional demeanor
• You enjoy working in a team
• Flexibility and the ability to react quickly to unforeseen circumstances are second nature to you
• You have IT skills (advantageous: MS Office, Protonic Easyjob)

• You plan and allocate the necessary materials and equipment for our projects
• You obtain quotes for rental and purchase, compare them, and make independent decisions based on commercial considerations
• You work in close coordination with project management and materials management to ensure optimal material flow
• You manage the sale of used equipment and make suggestions for investments

Working Hours:

• Flextime, 40 hours
