• You have completed training as an event technology specialist and/or master of event technology and/or several years of professional experience in the event industry
• You attach great importance to good communication
• You have a friendly and competent appearance
• You like working in a team
• Flexibility and the ability to react quickly to unforeseen events are a matter of course for you
• You have computer skills (an advantage: MS Office; Easyjob; CAD, preferably VectorWorks)

• You will manage project-related communication with our customers and the various trades and coordinate the project process. Schedules, personnel planning, material planning and logistics planning are part of your daily work
• Depending on the size of the project, you will take over the technical planning or parts of it, your colleagues will be happy to help you 😊
• You support our sales department in preparing offers
